Nemat Management group is a United States manufacturer of consumer products, providing domestic Contract Manufacturing, as well as Engineering and Management Consulting services.
Nemat Management Group was established in September of 1994 in Aptos, California as an Engineering and Management Consulting firm. The objective of the company was to provide “Design for Manufacturability” and “Lean Manufacturing” solutions to Top Fortune 500 companies to increase their profit margins.
In September of 2004, Nemat Management Group acquired Quality Precision Inc, (A CNC Contract Manufacturing Company) to provide clients with a Domestic High Quality/Low Cost Alternative to off-shoring. This acquisition enabled the company to grow an average of 40% per year.
In January of 2008, with increased demand for company services, plans were developed to purchase property and build a 40,000 sq. ft. Greenfield facility and relocate the company. The company also acquired 5 High Capacity CNC Milling machines to support larger size products for customers. In addition, Nemat Management Group acquired Hi-Tech Precision in April of 2008 to add capacity to its offerings. The new facility was completed in May of 2009 and all divisions of the company were relocated to the new facility.
In September of 2010, the Engineering Department was expanded to provide clients with Product Development and Design Services. The company now has a New Product Development Incubator while developing and manufacturing consumer products Made in the USA.
Contract Manufacturing
We are a domestic supplier of high quality low cost CNC/Fabricated parts, castings, extrusions and assemblies to companies such as Parker Hannifin, Guardian Glass, Cardinal Glass, and Applied Materials Inc., etc. We have been able to increase our business 30%-40% per year by implementing lean manufacturing, increasing quality and reducing cost.
We re-located from Hayward to Madera into a green field 40,000 Square Foot facility on 10 acres land. We have over 35 CNC Milling Machines and Lathes; including 5 CNC Milling Machines each with a bed capacity of 28 Feet. We provide complete manufacturing capabilities; including Fabrication, CNC Machining, CNC Tube Bending, Precision Welding, Finishing, Assembly, testing, etc. We were an integral part of manufacturing the architectural fixtures for the 9/11 Memorial site.
We also designed, manufactured, and installed the seismic structure for the “Fastest Super Computer in the World” at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California in December of 2011.
